Nekuga is limited to direct attacks, but it requires a Ninja to activate, so I think it's only worth using it with a Ninja.
However, the neck is that it can only respond to direct attacks. Ninja is not such a high-fighting group, so this narrowness is even more disappointing. On top of that, Nekuga is a warrior like Ninja, so it's easy to share.
He is currently the only low-class water Ninja, but that element cannot be used in the current Ninja. To be honest, it feels like a difficult card to use even in Ninja.
